Your Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong therapeutic relationships with youth and their families, providing consistent and structured support.
  • Implement a strengths-based approach to address behavioral health needs, promoting the youth's growth within their family and community.
  • Collaborate effectively with family members and other professionals to develop individualized goals and strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
  • Deliver direct in-home counseling and support, adapting your approach to meet the diverse needs of each family you serve.

Who We Seek:

  • A Master's Degree in Counseling, Education (with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling), Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
  • At least one year of hands-on experience working with children in a therapeutic, counseling, or educational setting is essential.
  • Demonstrate a compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy, coupled with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to make a positive impact within the community. A willingness to travel for in-home visits is required.
