The operator is also tasked with monitoring the quality of the wound materials and making necessary adjustments to uphold product standards.

Key Duties:

  • Machine Operation: Configure and manage spooler machines to wind various materials such as wire, cable, thread, or textiles onto spools based on production specifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Examine materials for any defects and confirm that the completed spools meet established quality benchmarks. Adjust machine settings as required to sustain product quality.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on spooler machines, which includes cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of worn components. Report mechanical issues to maintenance teams for resolution.
  • Material Management: Load raw materials onto the spooler machine and unload finished spools, ensuring safe and efficient handling of materials.
