Safety and Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Follow established procedures for material handling and storage.
  • Comply with organizational policies regarding quality assurance and regulatory standards.
  • Engage in ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance material handling efficiency.
  1. Material Receipt:
    • Accept incoming materials and supplies from vendors or internal departments.
    • Inspect received items for quality and conformity with specifications.
    • Confirm quantities received and document any discrepancies.

  2. Inventory Control:
    • Maintain precise inventory records through computerized systems or manual logs.

  3. Material Management:
    • Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production orders following standard procedures.

    • Assist with loading and unloading of trucks for incoming and outgoing shipments.
  4. Production Assistance:
    • Work with production supervisors to ensure timely material delivery for production schedules.
    • Respond to material requests from production teams, prioritizing urgent needs.
    • Identify and report any issues that may affect production efficiency or quality.
  5. Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous.
