Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary package, including an annual salary of $305,000, which is paid over 12 months despite working only 6 months per year. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:

About the Role

As a Medical Director with TNN HealthCare Solutions, you will be responsible for leading our healthcare team in rural Alaska. You will provide clinical leadership, guidance, and oversight to ensure that our patients receive high-quality care. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing our healthcare strategies and programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, as well as experience in OB or Family Medicine. You will be passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients and communities.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A medical degree (MD or DO) and board certification in OB or Family Medicine
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for improving healthcare outcomes and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients and communities
