We are currently seeking a highly skilled Big Data Deployment Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for deploying and integrating Cloud Hybrid Edge-to-Enterprise Evaluation Test & Analysis Suite (CHEETAS) at multiple DoD ranges and labs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in big data environments, extensive experience with Kubernetes, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $150,000-$200,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. KBR offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401K plan with company match.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy CHEETAS within customer environments
Work on the deployment and integration of a highly visible data analytic project called Cloud Hybrid Edge-to-Enterprise Evaluation Test & Analysis Suite (CHEETAS)
Collaborate with system administrators and software developers to resolve deployment issues as they arise

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related technical field
10 years of experience working in DoD environments, with 5 years hands-on experience in big data environments
Extensive technical expertise in configuration and troubleshooting of big data ecosystems

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with major DoD acquisition programs, such as Joint Strike Fighter (JSF)
Knowledge of the Test and Training Enabling Architecture (TENA), the Joint Mission Environment Testing Capability (JMETC), and distributed testing and training
