About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Helms Home Care. As a PRN Home Infusion Nurse, you will provide infusion therapy nursing services to patients in their homes, delivering compassionate and personalized care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform catheter access and care, including peripheral IVs, port-a-caths, PICC/central lines, vitals/assessments, and medication administration.
  • Provide patient education on self-administration of medication.
  • Make visit notes through electronic charting and submit promptly.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse license with experience in infusion therapy and/or catheter maintenance and care.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in infusion therapy and/or catheter maintenance and care.
  • Reliable transportation, access to a printer/scanner/fax machine.
  • Must be able to communicate promptly with our scheduling personnel.
  • Expect to do 2 visits per week.
  • Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance.
