Dishroom Assistant

True Food Kitchen is seeking a highly detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas. Your tasks will include washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment, as well as maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Responsibilities:

\u2022 Ensure the tableware, cooking utensils, and kitchen area are properly sanitized and ready for use before, during, and after services

\u2022 Wash and catch dishes/silverware through the dish machine

\u2022 Wash metal pots and pans through the 3-compartment sink by hand

\u2\u2022 Wash and lift glass racks with the glass washer

\u2022 Wipe down walls and cleaning equipment


Requirements:

\u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

\u2022 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

\u2022 Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

\u2022 Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
