Custodian/CSR

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian/CSR to join our team at SBM Management Services. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our buildings, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
- Conduct surface care tasks, such as dusting, sanitizing, and polishing metal and wood surfaces
- Manage waste removal, including emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting waste to proper disposal areas
- Assist with light maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures, and report any safety concerns to management
- High school diploma or equivalent required; up to one month of related experience or training may be substituted
- Ability to read and write at a 2-3 syllable level, and to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Valid driver's license required if driving company vehicle
- Bilingualism a plus, but not required
$16.00 per hour, with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within the company
