Key Responsibilities- Perform MRI scans according to established protocols and procedures, ensuring accurate diagnostic evaluations.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort, utilizing aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective treatment plans.
- Maintain equipment and perform routine quality checks on MRI machines, adhering to safety standards and protocols to minimize risks associated with medical imaging.
- NYS licensure in Radiography & certified by NYS to inject contrast media.
- ARRT cert in Radiography & Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
- Minimum 1 yr exp in Diagnostic Imaging.
- Recent relevant experience in MRI. Proficient in EMR, RIS, HIS, PACS, Modality specific software.
- $74.00 per hour.
