Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with guests in a professional and welcoming manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance tasks, including restocking supplies and emptying trash receptacles.
  • Monitor restrooms throughout the day to ensure a clean and neat appearance.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down equipment and supplies.
  • Practice highest regards for safety and adhere to all standards set forth by the Department of Health (DOH).
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience as a Restroom Attendant or similar role.
  • High School education preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform extensive walking for 8-10 hours a day.
  • Strong customer service background and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
