Salary and Benefits

The starting salary for this role is $27.99 per hour, with compensation adjusted based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes full comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as basic and voluntary life insurance, short and long-term disability, and a 401(K) retirement plan with employer contributions.

Job Description

As a COTA, you will be responsible for planning and implementing occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of an occupational therapist. Your expertise will be utilized to develop individualized treatment plans, coordinate patient care, and work collaboratively with the rehabilitation team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of an occupational therapist assistant training program approved by the Committee on Accreditation in Education of the American Occupational Therapy Association
  • Minimum of one year of experience or clinical rotation in department-specific area required
  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License required, must be verified prior to start date
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire
