Salary Details

$1,844.43 per week is the estimated salary for this position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide rapid assessment and treatment to patients with emergent medical conditions.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to stabilize patients and ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, response to treatment, and changes in condition, adjusting care plans as necessary to address emergent needs.
  • Advocate for patients' needs and coordinate care transitions, including admissions to inpatient units or referrals to specialty services.
  • Develop post-emergency care instructions, follow-up appointments, and community resources for ongoing support.

Required Qualifications

  • A current RN license is required.
  • BLS certification and other certifications as required by the facility are also needed.
  • Two years of recent ER RN experience are preferred.
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills are essential.
