Insurance Broker

The Metzen Agency is seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Insurance Broker to join our team. This individual will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers, following our sales process and system to achieve success, and being coachable and ready to learn.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, loves to learn, and is not afraid of a challenge. We are looking for someone who can stay well-managed and maintain close communications with clients to ensure policies are placed and clients are protected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn our sales system, schedule appointments, and meet with clients virtually to match client needs with the best insurance solutions.
• Develop and foster relationships with clients to maintain close communications and ensure policies are placed.
• Meet and exceed targets by achieving monthly and quarterly individual goals.
• Track progress and results to provide coaching and guidance for growth in the role.
• Be willing to learn products, carriers, and our process to improve at effectively helping clients achieve their goals.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience selling a product or service.
• Extremely coachable and motivated.
• Excellent ability to manage and build relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating.
• Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Suite, and ability to work remotely.
