Job Summary:

Your primary responsibility will be to work with walk-in clients, providing services such as filing an Order of Protection, housing advocacy, safety planning, and crisis intervention. You will also work closely with Vocational Rehabilitation Specialists and mental health treatment teams to place consumers in competitive, diverse jobs tailored to their individual needs and preferences. Additionally, you will serve as a primary care coordinator, providing case coordination using an integrative approach to a predetermined number of children and/or adults. You will interface with agencies to increase cooperation and consistency between home, school, work, community, and behavioral and physical health providers. You will also function as a member of a treatment team to plan, implement, and evaluate successful interventions for children, adults, and/or families.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct services to victims of domestic violence
- Work with walk-in clients to provide services such as filing an Order of Protection, housing advocacy, safety planning, and crisis intervention
- Collaborate with Vocational Rehabilitation Specialists and mental health treatment teams to place consumers in competitive, diverse jobs
