Responsibilities

Clean and maintain buildings and facilities to ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients and employees
Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
Notify management of the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, and management
Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
No experience required, on-the-job training provided
No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
