About the Job
This position involves overseeing various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel. You will assist in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures, prepare and maintain the employee handbook, and administer the compensation program. Additionally, you will monitor the performance evaluation program, revise as necessary, and promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

As a Human Resource Manager, you will also conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees; conduct new-employee orientations; monitor career-pathing programs; write and place advertisements; handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing; participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.
