The Opportunity:

As an Azure Technical Lead, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing and implementing scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure to optimizing resource usage and ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of the Azure environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Guide, mentor, and manage a team of cloud engineers fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
  • Conduct regular team meetings for architecture/design reviews, code reviews, cross team collaboration opportunities, and training sessions to ensure continuous development and alignment with company goals
  • Aide in designing and managing scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure and automation tooling for routine operation tasks
  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Azure resources
  • Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the Azure environment through proactive monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting
  • Manage cloud costs and optimize resource usage to achieve cost efficiency
  • Work with solution architects and partners to confirm developed solutions align with existing standards, meet security controls and meet cloud computing best practices
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and the adoption of new technologies to enhance the Azure cloud environment
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure features, tools, and best practices, and disseminate this knowledge to the team
  • Investigate and monitor current-state cloud usage, solutions in use, risks, gaps, limitations and recommend solutions, optimizations and remediation
  • Ensure cloud services and toolsets are deployed with best practices and documentation
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure cross platform technology areas, with implementing and maintaining expertise
  • 5+ years of experience building, deploying and managing public cloud IaaS and PaaS services
  • Experience building an automated cloud infrastructure across Prod and Non-Prod environments
  • Scripting and automation of builds, workflows, tasks and other integration aspects
  • Linux and Microsoft Windows server administration
  • Configuration management, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) toolsets including (. Terraform, Ansible, Puppet and Chef)
What We Offer:
  • $100,000-$180,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
  • 100% paid medical, dental and vision premiums for you and your qualifying dependents
  • A 50% 401(k) match, up to the IRS maximum
  • 20 days of PTO, plus 10 paid holidays

  • $10,000 fertility, hormonal health and family-forming benefit
  • Opportunity to participate in our hybrid work from home program. This program is subject to change. Based on tenure and performance eligibility, you will have the opportunity to work from home up to 60days per year
