About the Role

This Clinical Pharmacist position requires a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited college or university, as well as completion of a clinical pharmacy residency or fellowship.

The ideal candidate will have strong assessment and planning skills, with the ability to order and evaluate laboratory tests necessary to evaluate drug therapy effects and outcomes.

Key responsibilities include assessing patient response to drug therapy, initiating, modifying, or discontinuing medications, and monitoring and managing pharmacotherapy requiring periodic adjustment.
