About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Mathematics Instructor to join our team at Phalen Leadership Academies. As a Mathematics Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering rigorous instruction and assessing for mastery to support scholar progress.

You will work closely with colleagues to create a comprehensive school-wide approach to mathematics education and develop a culture of academic excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience tracking and using data to drive instruction and be passionate about closing the achievement gap in math education.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
