Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various departments including Operations, Maintenance, and Technical Services to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
  • Lead teams focused on enhancing throughput, yield, and safety.
  • Act as the primary resource for implementing improvement methodologies.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement initiatives within the assigned area using appropriate quality tools.
  • Supervise Melt Shop Observers and manage additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Two to five years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or metallurgical setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications and possess strong computer skills.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and understanding of metallurgical processes.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
