Job Summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our team at Landmark Medical Center. As a Radiology Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic radiographic procedures and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Function as the first point of contact with patients and families, ensuring their imaging needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Process and transmit images to the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Requirements

  • Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by the state.
  • ARRT-R certification is required.
  • Familiarity with state and federal regulations.
  • Current BCLS (AHA) certification.
  • Graduate of a program accredited by ARRT.
  • At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills.
