Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Billing Specialist to join our team at Capitol Trucking & Logistics Llc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to drive company success.Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate billing and payment processing.
  • Prepare and send invoices, statements, and other financial documents to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed to support the finance team.
  • Develop and implement efficient filing systems to ensure easy access to financial documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
