Job Summary

The Bakery Specialist at Top Pot Doughnuts is responsible for preparing high-quality doughnuts in a fast-paced bakery environment. This role requires attention to detail, ability to work safely, and adherence to food safety policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and mix ingredients according to company recipes.
  • Shape and cut dough for doughnuts.
  • Operate the fryer and maintain equipment cleanliness.
  • Prepare icings and decorate doughnuts.
  • Sort doughnuts according to production sheets.
  • Oversee general quality of products.

This position involves regular lifting and moving up to 25 pounds, occasional exposure to extreme heat, and frequent standing.

Estimated Salary: $18-$22 per hour.
