Restaurant Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Host/Hostess to join our team at Nick's Cove Restaurant, Oyster Bar & Cottages. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience.

• Greet guests upon arrival, assign tables, and provide menus to enhance their dining experience
• Show guests to their assigned tables, answer questions about our menu and services, and ensure they feel valued and cared for
• Manage reservations, answer telephone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist with opening and closing duties, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to health and safety standards

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a similar role or industry is a plus, but not required.

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
