We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Services Professional to join our team at Equitable Advisors. As a key member of our Retirement Benefits Group, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and organizations plan for and protect their financial futures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide financial products and services to clients, including education and guidance on retirement planning and benefits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including teachers, school administrators, municipality employees, and other public sector professionals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with senior team members and coaches to achieve business goals and objectives.
- A four-year college degree (preferred but not required).
- Ability to attain state life and health licenses, SIE, FINRA Series 7 and 66 exams (other designations a plus).
- Results-driven, highly motivated, self-starter with integrity, a strong work ethic, and a desire to help others plan for and protect their financial futures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities, with a high degree of self-confidence.
- Ability to draw upon past/present experiences and acquaintances to develop markets and sustain long-term relationships.
