Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Rix Sports Bar. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, lounge, and surrounding areas
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of bartending experience
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment preferred
  • Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and beverages a plus
  • Must have or be able to obtain a State of Florida Food Safety Certificate
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Florida Responsible Vendors Certificate
Working Conditions

The Bartender will be required to stand and be mobile for up to 4 consecutive hours, and will be expected to perform all necessary job functions. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and will be able to communicate and interact politely and effectively with guests of all types.
