Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. As a key member of our facilities department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and upkeep of our community's buildings, equipment, and grounds.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance operations, including electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating and cooling, structural facilities, and grounds care.
  • Respond to service requests from residents, associates, and management in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, including serial numbers of all equipment.
  • Assist with emergency procedures and maintain emergency equipment.
