Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Ambassador. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting our concept, and working closely with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients with enthusiasm and knowledge
  • Present the OTF concept to interested consumers
  • Work at the front desk, answering phones and interacting with members
  • Give studio tours and sell memberships to help the studio thrive
  • Follow up with prospective clients and handle member concerns
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
Requirements
