Job Summary:

CareOnSite, a division of Tang & Company, is seeking highly motivated Emergency Medical Technicians with strong clinical, computer, and multi-tasking skills to join our team. As an EMT with Tang and Company, you will be responsible for providing basic first aid and life-saving medical care to employees working on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and efficiently to emergencies throughout the site.
  • Administer basic first aid and medical support to patients, adhering to federal, state, local, and company policies and regulations.
  • Assess injuries and illnesses to prioritize medical procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with medical professionals and treatment facilities to obtain instructions.
  • Communicate with clients and site personnel regarding work site incidents and hazards.
  • Maintain awareness of the changing work environment and site hazards.
  • Ensure quality, clinical standards are consistently practiced.
  • Document findings and treatments clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborate with Site Safety Managers and Personnel to maintain a safe and secure work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Active State EMT or Paramedic license.
  • Active BLS certification.
  • 1 year of experience in an emergency setting (e.g., ER department or 911 contracted ambulance service) preferred.
  • 911 experience is preferred.
