Payroll Manager

Balance of Nature is a dynamic and growing company seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll for all team members.

This is a full-time, in-person position located at our offices in St. George, UT. If you have a passion for numbers, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

• Process payroll for all team members accurately and on time
• Continuously inspect and improve payroll systems and operations
• Oversee and ensure that all records of deductions and garnishments are maintained
• Stay up-to-date with state and federal regulations
• Provide high-quality training for team members
• Identify areas for improvement in the ADP program and implement solutions
• Ensure all team members' pay profiles are up-to-date

• At least 1 year of managerial experience
• Knowledge of onboarding and hiring processes
• Experience with ADP or similar HCMs
• Proficiency with Google Workspace

• Competitive hourly rate of $18.00
• Full-time schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
