Job Summary:We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Telemetry team on a part-time weekend shift. As a key member of our team, you'll provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop and implement effective care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Current RN licensure in the state of hire.
- 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a medical telemetry setting.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
