Job Overview

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Aerospace Engine Component Production Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality aerospace engine components, including investment castings, fasteners, rings, and forgings.

As a key member of our production team, you will work closely with our engineers and technicians to ensure that all components meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment, including vacuum melted superalloys, machining, performance coatings, and hot isostatic pressing.

Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality aerospace engine components, including investment castings, fasteners, rings, and forgings.
  • Operate various machinery and equipment, including vacuum melted superalloys, machining, performance coatings, and hot isostatic pressing.
  • Work closely with engineers and technicians to ensure that all components meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve production goals and deadlines.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve production processes and efficiency.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Basic knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes.
