We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at Neogen Care, a leading provider of medical and non-medical home care services in the California Bay Area. As a Physical Therapist with Neogen Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients by delivering high-quality physical therapy services in the comfort of their own homes.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 depending on experience.
About the RoleThis full-time position requires a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy services to patients suffering from various injuries, illnesses, and functional disabilities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting evaluations and assessments, and providing education to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals
- Provide education to patients and their families on physical therapy techniques and exercises
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an institution accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), a current and unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of California, and current CPR/BLS certification. Additionally, you must have at least one year of recent experience in physical therapy, preferably in a home health setting.

- Proficiency in electronic medical records software
- Ability to travel to patient homes in the Redondo Beach area
