Hobby Lobby is seeking a skilled Battery Technician to join our team at our Distribution Center in Oklahoma City. As a Battery Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial batteries and support equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect, repair, and maintain industrial batteries and support equipment
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and respond to equipment failures
  • Work safely with heavy equipment and adhere to Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
  • Diagnose battery performance issues and repair or revitalize conditions
  • Logistics and organization to balance battery inventory
  • Install and maintain industrial charging equipment
  • Maintain a clean work environment and appearance of equipment
Requirements:
  • General mechanical aptitude
  • Good troubleshooting and diagnosing skills
  • General knowledge and experience with tools (all tools provided by Hobby Lobby)
  • Training is provided and safety measures enforced
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment and lift heavy objects
