Job Summary:

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Financial Operations to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing strategic, tactical, and detailed financial support to our manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall financial leadership to our Category leadership team on the performance of our manufacturing sites.
  • Lead and develop our global Site Finance Leader (SFL) team to deliver site-level financial results.
  • Synthesize manufacturing performance and provide insightful analysis to identify opportunities for growth and productivity.
  • Develop and execute financial plans, including annual operating plans and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement financial solutions.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive profitability growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Category leadership, Plant Leadership Teams, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of related experience in finance, with 3-5 years of progressive team leadership experience.
  • Experience within a manufacturing company with multi-facility responsibility.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to management and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in ERP computer applications, such as Oracle and Hyperion.
  • Understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within a lean manufacturing environment utilizing Lean Accounting.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Microsoft Power BI.
  • Ability to work effectively across functional and reporting lines.
