About the Role

RiverView Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a clinically competent professional, you will work with patients, family members, and healthcare team members to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and modify treatment interventions to achieve patient goals and promote independence.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards and RiverView Health policies.
Requirements
  • Current Occupational Therapist License for the State of Minnesota.
  • Current Drivers License and dependable transportation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and good organizational skills.
  • Current American Heart Association CPR certification.
