Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and perform administrative duties, including interviewing, training, and scheduling staff.
  • Assign work orders to staff and monitor progress and results.
  • Monitor and control energy conservation programs.
  • Responsible for all life/safety systems, including fire, elevators, and emergency lighting and generating systems.
  • Maintain all motors and control circuits.
  • Arrange for proper trash removal and recycling.
  • Purchase equipment and supplies, maintaining pars.
  • Maintain audio systems within the hotel.
  • Perform the duties of a Class II or III Engineer as needed.
  • Participate in hotel committees and task force assignments.
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • One to two years of experience in a related position.
  • Working knowledge of Housekeeping and hotel services, policies, and operations.
