Physician Hematology Oncology Opportunity in Northwestern Ohio

We are seeking a skilled Hematology Oncology Physician to join our team at Medicorp, Inc in Northwestern Ohio. Our hospital-employed practice offers a comprehensive and supportive environment for our patients and staff.
Practice Details- Our practice is a growing regional, hospital-employed, hematology/oncology practice.
- We have a fully comprehensive CoC accredited, stand-alone, dedicated cancer center.
- Our on-site laboratory and pharmacy are equipped with a board-certified oncology pharmacist.
- We offer infusion therapy, radiation therapy, and bone marrow aspirations.
- Our clinical research program provides access to clinical trials through the NCI.
- We have a nurse navigation, financial navigation, social worker, registered dietician, tumor registry, and healing arts program.
- Each provider has a nurse and medical assistant.
- Our clinic hours are 8am-4:30pm, 4-5 days/week, and providers are expected to be available during clinic hours.
- We have call coverage of one hospital only, every 1:4, starting Friday morning, with rounding 8-9am during call week.
- We have 4-6 inpatient consults during call week.
- Our clinic schedule is blocked for inpatient rounding during this week.
- The distance from our cancer center to the hospital is 7 miles, 14 minutes, with free physician parking at the hospital.
- Our 2021 patient mix was 55% Hem, 45% Onc, with most common cases being breast, colon, lung, and prostate.
- Hospitalists admit and manage patients.
