Role Summary:
The company is in search of a Senior Backend Engineer with a strong emphasis on Backend development and the execution of data pipelines. The ideal candidate will possess a robust proficiency in Python and React, along with experience in cross-functional collaboration to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus on developing and maintaining resilient backend systems and REST APIs utilizing Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
  • Engage in hands-on development activities (75% of the role).
  • Participate in team collaboration efforts (25% of the role).
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development using Python.
  • Proficiency with frameworks such as Flask, Fast API, or Django.
  • Experience in managing frontend applications using React.
  • Strong familiarity with AWS services including EC2, Athena, and CDK.
  • Experience with Docker in a professional setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Understanding of data engineering principles and tools for data modeling and database management.
  • Experience with Data Lakes or ETL processes is advantageous.
