Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage a team of Medical Assistants, ensuring the delivery of superior patient care and smooth clinic operations.
- Support Pediatricians in providing outstanding care to a varied patient demographic, including many patients on the spectrum.
- Conduct clinical tasks such as patient intake, taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting in medical procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy of patient records and adherence to clinic protocols.
- Work collaboratively with both administrative and clinical teams to improve patient experience and care delivery.
- Exhibit flexibility in scheduling, with availability for Monday through Friday shifts and rotating Saturdays.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with at least 2 years of Pediatric experience.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity is strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of pediatric care, particularly for patients on the spectrum.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Full-time position (40 hours per week).
- Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mondays until 6:30 PM).
- Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Flexibility is essential to accommodate the clinic's requirements.
- Competitive hourly wage of $20 per hour, with potential for negotiation for the right candidate.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% match on the employee's 5% contribution.

- 10 days of Paid Time Off (PTO), with an additional day accrued each year, up to a maximum of 3 weeks.
