Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle to transport goods across the country
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules
  • Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards
  • Load and unload freight or assist in the loading/unloading of freight as required by customers
Requirements
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Pass a Ryder drug test
  • Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check
  • Pass a DOT physical
  • Provide a valid Class A CDL and endorsements for the position
  • Have verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
