Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Georgia. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask and work well under pressure. They will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate patient records.

  • Candidate must be friendly, a team player, a multitasker, and bilingual.
  • Answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller's needs yourself
  • Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data
  • Provide patients with intake and new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents
  • Process payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits and surgeries.
  • Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on provider availability.
  • Maintain/update patient records and office notes in the EMR system.
  • Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and to help them schedule testing for off-site services.
  • Provide patients with support and guidance as needed.
  • Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate.
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
