We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Screener to join our team at CSL Plasma. As a Medical Screener, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors by conducting thorough health screenings and registration procedures.

• Conduct thorough health screenings and registration procedures for donors, including assessing self-administered health history and answering basic medical questions.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process, including performing health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature.
• Refer donors to medical staff when appropriate and perform finger stick to obtain sample to obtain donor's hematocrit and total protein levels.
• May educate new donors on the use of therapeutic products made from donated plasma, including explaining the screening process and health screening tests performed.
• Ensure accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
• Maintain a clean and efficient work environment and ensure sufficient operating supplies and forms are available as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.
