Registered Pharmacist In Charge Opportunity at HealthCare Support

HealthCare Support is seeking a highly skilled Registered Pharmacist In Charge to lead our pharmacy team in Parkersburg, WV. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* Fill prescriptions and manage inventory levels to ensure proper storage and security of drugs, including controlled substances/narcotics
* Provide patient counseling and discuss challenges to medication adherence
* Complete scheduling of technicians and support sales and goals of the pharmacy department
* Create a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the pharmacy, including working every other weekend

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
* Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing
* Retail Pharmacy experience

Preferred qualifications include relevant Pharmacy Board Certification(s) and equivalent combination of education and experience in business management.

Pay Details:

* $125k - $145K per year PLUS a sign-on bonus
