As a Retail Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting all customers warmly
  • Guiding clients in their home design selections with assurance
  • Maintaining a tidy environment by organizing merchandise
  • Reviewing daily sales orders
  • Assisting with pricing, tagging, promotional activities, and sales floor organization
  • Adhering to the UP system
  • Acquiring knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Following up with customers throughout their journey and providing updates on merchandise
  • Generating self-traffic through outreach efforts
  • Participating in mandatory meetings
  • Following the assigned work schedule

Qualifications for the Retail Sales Consultant position:

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common industry-related publications (sales and finance contracts, delivery orders, etc.)
  • Capability to respond to typical inquiries or complaints from customers or vendors
  • Proficiency in calculating figures (discounts, interest, commission, percentages, area, etc.)
