Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Lifepoint Rehabilitation. As a key member of our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience and location.

About the Role:

In this rewarding position, you will provide high-quality patient care, developing personalized treatment plans that cater to each individual's unique needs. Your expertise will enable patients to regain independence and confidence in their ability to communicate effectively.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes for our patients.

As a Speech Language Pathologist at Lifepoint Rehabilitation, you will have access to state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop targeted interventions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure smooth care transitions and successful patient outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state where services will be rendered.
  • Certification in speech-language pathology or audiology by ASHA.
  • Minimum six months' experience working with adult and geriatric populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
