Bagger Operator

**Job Summary:**

Cavendish Farms is seeking a skilled Bagger Operator to join our team. As a Bagger Operator, you will be responsible for operating, cleaning, and maintaining the bagger area, as well as setting up, operating, and adjusting ishida scales and baggers to achieve proper bag weights and lengths.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Operate and maintain the bagger area, including ishida scales and baggers
• Set up and adjust equipment to achieve optimal performance
• Perform and record metal detector checks and adjust bag settlers as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, and assist other personnel as needed

**Requirements:**

• 2-5 years of related work experience
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to work 12 hour shifts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
