Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our environmental services team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a full range of housekeeping services to maintain the grounds, furnishings, equipment, and facility.
  • Maintain cleaning schedules for assigned areas.
  • Coordinate routine and terminal isolation procedures with Nursing Services.
  • Maintain knowledge of safety regulations, policies, and procedures, and follow established safety procedures and precautions.
  • Report all unsafe/hazardous conditions, defective equipment, etc. to supervisor immediately.
  • Honor residents' personal and property rights.
  • File complaints/grievances with supervisor in a timely fashion.
Qualifications
  • Housekeeper Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Thorough understanding of principles of safe and effective housekeeping practices within the State of employment.
  • Ability to be a team player to partner with other departments.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
