Como Asociado de Servicio al Cliente en Tienda, serás la cara de nuestra tienda y un miembro fundamental de nuestro equipo de atención al cliente. Tu responsabilidad será proporcionar una experiencia excepcional a cada uno de nuestros valiosos clientes. Se espera que asistas a los clientes con sus compras, manejes transacciones en efectivo y con tarjeta, repongas estantes y mantengas la limpieza general de la tienda. Buscamos a una persona amigable, organizada, atenta a los detalles y capaz de trabajar en un entorno dinámico. Responsabilidades del Trabajo
• Saludar a los clientes de manera amigable y profesional
• Operar cajas registradoras y manejar transacciones en efectivo
• Procesar pagos y proporcionar cambio
• Reponer estantes con productos
• Recibir y almacenar mercancía entrante
• Monitorear niveles de inventario y realizar pedidos de nuevo stock cuando sea necesario
• Asistir a los clientes con la selección de productos y responder a sus consultas
• Asegurar que la tienda esté limpia y ordenada en todo momento
• Mantener estándares de higiene en la tienda
• Cumplir con las regulaciones de seguridad
• Manejar quejas de clientes de manera cortés y profesional
• Recibir y procesar mercancía entrante
