Blender Operator

At Teknor Apex, we're seeking a skilled Blender Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our blenders.

• Perform all job duties in a safe and productive manner.
• Weigh compound ingredients accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of assigned areas, including blenders and equipment.
• Report any equipment issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Assist in cleaning other areas within the department as needed.
• Complete any additional assignments given by supervisors or crew leaders.
• Maintain a high level of quality production and assist other blender loaders as necessary.

• Ability to read and interpret documents, apply common sense, and problem-solve.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Strong work ethic and regular attendance to meet production demands.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift and work in a warm to hot environment.
• Typically trains on first shift for up to four weeks before being assigned to 3rd shift and works overtime as required.
• Able to drive a forklift safely and with a license.
